My name is Rebecca Eubank. I was raised in China Spring, Texas, and graduated from China Spring High School in 2006. While still in high school, I felt a strong calling to serve my country and, with my parents’ permission, enlisted in the United States Air Force at the age of 17.
Following my military service, I continued my commitment to public service by graduating from the McLennan Community College Law Enforcement Academy in 2011. Since then, I have proudly served the citizens of McLennan County in various law enforcement roles, most recently as a supervisor with the McLennan County Sheriff’s Office, where I specialized in crimes against women and children.
In January 2024, I transitioned to the judicial system and currently serve as the Assistant Court Administrator for the 414th District Court.
I have continued to advance my education, earning an Associate of Arts with a Field of Study in Criminal Justice from McLennan Community College, a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice Administration from Tarleton State University, and I am currently completing a master’s degree in Criminology from East Texas A&M University.
I have been married to my husband, Chris Eubank, for nine years. We are blessed with three wonderful children: Diamond Brem (and her husband Hunter), Jessie Eubank, and Grayson Eubank.
With extensive experience in both law enforcement and the court system, I am prepared and honored to serve as your next McLennan County District Clerk.
